Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our professional photography services. Below are our policies and terms to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. Service Location: The photographer will travel to the location you specify when making the booking. Please ensure that the correct address and any necessary details are provided to facilitate the session. Working Hours: The photographer will work for the number of hours you selected when making the booking. Any additional time required outside the agreed duration will be charged at the previously established hourly rate. Number of Edited Photos: The number of edited photos corresponds to the package you selected when making the booking. Please review the package details to know the number of photos you will receive. Variety of Photos: The number and type of photos provided will depend on the type of session you selected. Please ensure you have chosen the appropriate package for your needs. Pricing and GST: The price displayed during the booking is exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST will be added to the final invoice in the last step of the booking process. Delivery of Photos: The photos will be delivered to your email address within 48-72 hours after the session. This timeframe may vary depending on the number of edited photos and the complexity of the post-production. Download Link: You will receive a link to the photos, which you can download directly. The photos will be available for download in standard formats and can be stored on your computer or mobile device. Photo Download: The link to your photos will be available for a limited time, allowing you to download them at any time within this period. Please ensure you download the photos within this timeframe. Location Outside Sydney: If the photo session takes place outside of Sydney, an additional charge for travel and time will apply. The extra charge will depend on the specific location and logistical details of the session.
